I have been working in the field of education for over 20 years, in Canada and internationally. For the past 15 years, I have worked as a career advisor and teacher/trainer supporting professionals seeking to restart their careers in Canada. 

I have extensive experience developing and facilitating sessions and webinars on career-related topics including 

effective resume and cover letter writing, interviewing skills, 

job search techniques, and the Canadian labour market. 

Former students and clients have appreciated my passion 

and expertise which has assisted them to integrate 

into the Canadian workplace more successfully. 

I am a certified teacher in Ontario (OCT), hold the Certificate of Accreditation and Professional Designation for TESL (OCELT), and have Guidance & Cooperative Education Specialist qualifications. I am also licensed to administer the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) career assessment tool. 

I have earned several bachelor’s degrees and 

achieved a Master of Education degree with distinction. 

Outside of work, I enjoy being active in local volleyball and tennis leagues, exploring nature, spending time with family and friends, baking, being creative with home design and woodworking, beekeeping, and travelling whenever possible to experience new cultures and languages.
